Mindsets
People who have a fixed mindset believe that intelligence is a fixed trait that cannot be changed. You are either a math person or not. People with a growth mindset believe that intelligence is like a muscle that can be developed. If you can help your students to develop a growth mindset in regards to mathematics, you are helping them to improve their chances of success as well as helping them to become a lifelong learner.
